Affron Park, Lake Worth · American Homes Park, Boca Raton · Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park, west of Boca Raton · Caloosa Park, Boynton Beach · Dyer Park are some of the places you can explore. The trail borders the western end of Palm Beach, with a spectacular view of the Lake Worth Lagoon and West Palm Beach beyond. Palm Beach is a long, narrow barrier island, stretching 16 miles long and less than a mile wide. The trail itself is 5 and a half miles long and runs from South Lake Drive, near Peruvian Avenue North, to its terminus, just north of the famous Sailfish Club. The trail has two interruptions where walkers must navigate sidewalks and an intersection, but is otherwise complete and well maintained. At the north end of the paved trail, if you want to continue pedaling through residential streets, there are only a few blocks until you reach a public dock on the north end of Palm Beach Island.
