We head west until we reach the Lake Trail, after the Palm Beach Country Club, where traffic accumulates when Ocean Boulevard becomes North County Road. But it's easy to follow and the few times you end up on the street, it's in residential areas of Palm Beach with little traffic. If you don't have a bike, you can rent one and pick up a trail map at the Palm Beach Bicycle Trail store, located in the center of Sunrise Avenue.
